Bee Ledger Privacy Policy

Bee Ledger ("the app") is a yard tally calculator for beekeepers, published by A.N. Bees. This policy explains how the app handles your information.
Summary
Bee Ledger does not collect, store on our servers, sell, or share any personal data. The app has no internet access, no accounts, no ads, and no analytics.
Information the app stores on your device
- Yard entries and settings. Yard names, counts, checks, your signer name, and your preferences are saved only on your device so the app remembers them between sessions.
- Ribbon photos. If you choose to take or pick a photo of a ribbon, the image is saved only in the app's private storage on your device.
This information never leaves your device unless you choose to send it (see below). We, the developer, have no access to it.
Camera and photos
The app asks for camera permission only when you choose to photograph a ribbon. Photos you select from your library are opened through Android's photo picker, and only the photo you choose is read. Images are used only to show the ribbon in the app.
Sharing you start
When you tap Copy, the report text is placed on your device's clipboard. When you tap Save and done, the report is passed to the app or folder you pick in Android's share sheet or file picker. Whatever happens after that is governed by the app you chose. Bee Ledger itself sends nothing over the network. It does not have the Android INTERNET permission.
Backups
Android may include the app's data in your device's own backup (for example, your Google account backup) if you have device backup turned on. That backup is managed by Android and Google, not by A.N. Bees.
Children
Bee Ledger is a general-audience productivity tool and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Deleting your data
To delete everything the app has stored, clear the app's storage in Android Settings or uninstall the app.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
